I’m in love. Discovered this IPA over the weekend and damn if it isn’t pure heaven. A wee bombardment of hop, enough to rattle your taste buds, while leveling off in time for a cooling malt-bath of the tongue. Glorious.

Stone Ruination IPA – 7.7%
Stone Brewing / California

Brewer’s description:
“So called because of the “ruinous” effect on your palate! This massive hop monster has a wonderfully delicious and intensely bitter flavor on a refreshing malt base. I never shared my favourite mug. That’s because I don’t have one :/ However, one of my weekend rituals is to frost down one of these pint glasses and pour in some icy cold IPA. Mmmm.. perfection.
